Sound Innovations for Elementary Class Guitar
Beginning with rote learning, imitation, and echoing, students will have fun playing familiar melodies, strumming chords, performing duets and trios, singing, and accompanying singers. The student book includes access to accompanying online audio and video resources.
Shop NowThe curriculum takes them through reading music notation, guitar tablature, and guitar chord diagrams—while traditional chords will be taught, they'll also explore the neck of the guitar with simple non-traditional "moveable" chord shapes, allowing them to play more exciting music.
