SI Online: Students can access the streaming video MasterClasses and audio accompaniments for Books 1 & 2. No login is required, and it works on any device with internet access, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
The first level of Book 2 is dedicated to review of Book 1 concepts in order to account for the different experience levels you may have in your ensemble, and to refresh your students’ knowledge.
Continue to teach ensemble playing skills with the instrument-family-specific MasterClass videos.
Students can learn blending and balance with the instrument-family-specific accompaniment recordings.
Helping facilitate better understanding of the more advance material, new concepts are isolated and taught separately, including plenty of reinforcement material. For instance, SI for Band never introduces new rhythms and notes at the same time.
